Range 307 is more than a gym floor. It's youth athletes learning the barbell for the first time, a room full of people cheering on a max lift, and neighbors showing up for each other when it matters. Here's what's happening and how to be part of it.

Ages 8–17, training three days a week under coached, structured programming. Athletes learn powerlifting fundamentals, build independence, and a path to USA Powerlifting competition, including Nationals qualification. This isn't a drop-in class: it's a commitment, and it's worth it.
From sunrise to sunset at Bear Meadows, an American Flag and a Flag of Honor move continuously across the field, carried by our community, honoring the lives lost on 9/11 and the service members who've given everything since. Sign up for a 30-minute carry slot, or stop by anytime to walk a lap. All ages welcome.

A USAPL-sanctioned powerlifting meet hosted by 307 Strength, coming back for a third time. Open to lifters 8 and up, competing raw or equipped. Early bird pricing available.
